Magna Vista Plantation and Fitler Farms — two of the most historic and revered hunting camps in the Mississippi Delta have combined these legacy camps to create approximately 6000 acres of the most sought after hunting property in the country. The Fitler Lodge has been stripped down to the studs to create 16 executive suites, an industrial kitchen, guest bunk rooms and multiple common areas — all while maintaining the historically significant outside appearance of the lodge, constructed in the 1980’s. A brand new outside kitchen completes the modern touches that grew the lodge from 10,000 to 16,000 sq.ft. A brand-new skinning shed, wash rack, and dog kennel have been added as well.

Each membership comes with a deeded lot for members who would like to build their own place. The land is in two big tracts, just a couple miles apart. One tract is inside the MS River Levee and the other just outside the levee. This setup assures that there will still be a great deal of huntable land — regardless of the river level. With almost 40 duck holes, 35 years of strict deer management programs, an abundance of large timber for turkeys to roost and plenty of thickets for pig and small game to hunt as well as ample bass, crappie, bream (and gators), this is truly a one of a kind camp.
